Job Description - Reservation & Ticketing Officer
» Sales-driven, possess initiative and excellent customer relations skills.
» Positive attitude with an interest in delivering excellent service quality to customers.
» Work independently and come up with the best options and solutions for customers.
Who should apply
» Male/Female below 30 years of age. Indonesian National.
» Min Diploma in Tourism (D4) of Bachelors Degree (S1)
» Minimum 2 years experience in reservation on CRS preferably Abacus.
» Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
Job Description - Tour Manager
» To Supervise and handle the complete Outbound Department, product developments, sales and operations both International destinations as well as domestic destinations. Would be responsible for overall conduct and performance with the entire team including ensuring customer’s satisfaction, achievement of sales targets and collection of payment from the clients.
» To prepare the Outbound Brochures from time to time and assist in updating websites.
» Co-ordination with Ticketing Department, Supervision of arranging Visa, Travel Insurance etc.
» To develop the selling products and to arrange to get the best negotiated rates from all suppliers. To do prices calculations, additions / deletions of destinations, comparison of prices to be the most effective in the outbound business.
Who should apply
» Female/Male, age 28-35 years old Minimum 5 years experience. Indonesian National.
» Thorough knowledge of Outbound Tour packages .
» Should have good knowledge of International and domestic destinations, Contracting, Corporate sales, Costing & Operations,
» Computer savvy with high communication skill.
» Should be able to manage the operations for promoting various tourism services offered by the organization and accountable for increased sales growth.
» Should be able to building up strong Customer Relationship with the existing corporate & individual clients and taking various initiatives to tap/ explore greater market/ business volumes.
» Should have zeal to achieve target.
